1.Can I cancel my order?
Once a order is placed we are unable to cancel it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
2.Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we can not make changes to a order once it has been placed. Please be sure to double check the items in your cart before placing your order.
3.Can I change my shipping address or email address?
Shipping addresses can only be changed if you forgot to add an apt number or typed in the wrong number or mistyped your street address. We can only modify your shipping address we can not completely change your address to a different address. This can only be done if your order has not shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at info@savvylashco.com once you realize you entered your address incorrectly. If you entered your email address incorrectly please contact us asap so that we can change it for you. It is very important that your email address is correct as this will be the method we will you use to notify you when your order has shipped.
4.Can I return my order?
Due to sanitary reasons we due not accept returns. If you encounter a problem with your order please email at us at info@savvylashco.com and we work with you to resolve your problem. For more information please refer to our Refund/Return Policy.
5.I didn't receive my order?
If your order has been shipped and it says delivered but you do not have your package please contact USPS immediately. It is out of control once it has been delivered to USPS.
6.How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in and update their system with your tracking info. If you encounter any problems with your tracking info please contact us at info@savvylashco.com and we will be happy to assist you.
7.When will my order ship?
Savvy Lash Co processes all U.S. orders within 1-3 business days! After your order has processed please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. All international orders will be processed in 1-4 business days and can take up to 1-6 weeks to ship depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more info.
